My problem every single nightIf there's one habit I really would want to change in my life, it is sleeping so late at night.
I want to be an early riser and I know the only way to solve that is to sleep early.
My problem is this..
Just tonight, I went to bed at 10:30PM and I really can't force myself to sleep no matter how hard I close my eyes and force my brain to shut.
Time check: It is already 12:47AM. It has literally been 2 hours since I laid down.
So much time has been wasted. That's why I decided to just stand up and open my laptop.
I just needed to blog this off and I'm back to work. That's more productive than just lying down.
So much for sleeping early.
